  1. Service Agreement

    By scheduling and purchasing cleaning services, the client agrees to the terms and conditions outlined herein.

  2. Scope of Services

    The cleaning company will provide services as described in the client’s service agreement. Any additional services requested by the client may incur extra charges and require prior approval.

  3. Access to Property

    The client must ensure the cleaning team has safe and secure access to the property during the agreed service time. Any delays due to lack of access may result in rescheduling or additional fees.

  4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

    • Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

    • Cancellations or rescheduling with insufficient notice may be subject to a fee equal to the cost of the scheduled service.

  5. Payments and Fees

    • Payments must be made in full upon completion of services unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.

    • Late payments may incur additional charges.

  6. Liability

    • The cleaning company is not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or items damaged due to improper manufacturing or installation.

    • Valuable or fragile items should be stored securely by the client prior to cleaning.

  7. Guarantee of Work

    • The company strives to provide high-quality cleaning services and will address any concerns promptly if notified within 24 hours after service completion.

    • The guarantee does not cover complaints made beyond the 24-hour window or issues unrelated to the agreed-upon scope of work.

  8. Use of Cleaning Products

    • The cleaning company uses eco-friendly and industry-standard cleaning products.

    • If the client prefers specific products, they must notify the company in advance and provide the required items.

  9. Health and Safety

    • Cleaning professionals will adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing services.

    • The company reserves the right to refuse service in conditions deemed unsafe or unsanitary.

  10. Confidentiality

    The cleaning company ensures all client information is handled with utmost confidentiality and not shared with third parties without consent.

  11. Force Majeure

    The company is not responsible for delays or non-performance due to circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters or other unforeseen events.

  12. Amendments

    The company reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions. Clients will be informed of any significant changes.

  13. Agreement to Terms

    By hiring the cleaning company, the client acknowledges and agrees to comply with these terms and conditions.
